The role
As Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that REEN’s customers achieve real, measurable value from our solutions.
This is not a traditional support role.
It is a hands-on, operational and commercially oriented Customer Success role, where you are responsible for guiding customers through the full customer lifecycle – from onboarding to long-term value creation.
REEN is a growing company, and this role requires a practical, solution-oriented and proactive mindset. You will work closely with customers, Sales, Product and Tech – and contribute wherever needed to ensure successful customer outcomes.
You will be based in Lund, supporting customers primarily in Sweden, and to some extent in Denmark.
Key responsibilities
Customer Success & Value Creation
Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and long-term value creation
Manage and follow up on your customer portfolio with a strong focus on outcomes and value
Monitor customer usage, outcomes, and value realization
Proactively identify improvement areas, risks, and opportunities
Contribute to renewals and upsell opportunities based on real customer value
Operational & Technical Collaboration
Act as the main link between customers, Sales, Product and Tech
Coordinate customer onboarding, implementations, and installations when needed
Support customers with system usage, data quality, and platform insights
Escalate issues and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and solutions
Commercial Contribution
Contribute to team targets related to NRR, churn, and customer satisfaction
Support Sales with customer insights and structured handovers
Work in a structured way with CRM, reporting, and documentation
Who you are
You are a hands-on Customer Success professional who enjoys responsibility, variation, and working close to both customers and technology.
You likely have experience from:
Customer Success
Technical Account Management
Implementation or Project Management
B2B SaaS, IoT, environmental technology, or similar industries
You are:
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented
Comfortable working with systems, data, and platforms
Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of customer value
Curious, flexible, and not afraid to take ownership
A strong team player who contributes beyond your job description
Requirements
Experience working with customers in a B2B environment
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Fluent in Swedish
Proficient in English (working language)
Ability to understand Norwegian and/or Danish is required (spoken fluency is not required)
Willingness to travel as needed (travel varies and is typically moderate)
