The role
As Nordic Sales Team Lead, you will drive REEN’s commercial growth across the Nordic region.
The role combines hands-on sales execution with daily leadership and coaching of the Nordic sales team.
You will execute REEN’s commercial strategy through structured pipeline management, customer development, and team performance.
This is a key leadership position that requires operational focus, commercial drive, and the ability to inspire others through ownership and accountability.
 You will be based in Larvik, working closely with teams across Norway and Sweden.
Key responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Nordic sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure daily follow-up on sales activities, pipeline progress, and goal achievement.
- Provide structured feedback and training based on REEN’s sales methodology.
- Build a strong sales culture grounded in REEN’s values: Love it. Own it. Get the job done.
- Facilitate collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations.
- Manage your own customer portfolio with an active, hands-on sales approach.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities aligned with REEN’s strategy.
- Maintain accurate and consistent sales reporting in the CRM system.
- Represent REEN in customer meetings, partner discussions, and industry events.
- Translate commercial goals into regional sales plans and measurable KPIs.
- Monitor and report on performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, pricing, and market regulations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to drive continuous improvement and market feedback.
Who you are
- Proven experience in B2B sales and sales leadership, preferably within technology, SaaS, or environmental services.
- Solid business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Structured, analytical, and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English.
- Willing to travel across the Nordic region.
- You are a self-driven leader who leads by example — combining commercial sharpness with consistency, clarity, and care for your team’s success.
