The Role
We’re seeking a talented Marketing Content Specialist who thrives on creating impactful content and telling powerful stories. Your main responsibility will be to craft engaging marketing materials that resonate with our Scandinavian audience. While our market spans Scandinavia, we envision you working from Oslo as your base. You’ll work closely with customers and stakeholders, turning their experiences into compelling stories, designing visually captivating presentations, and executing marketing campaigns that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Develop, write, and edit diverse content, including customer success stories, blog posts, newsletters, and case studies.
- Conduct interviews with customers, team members, and stakeholders to create impactful narratives showcasing the value of Infrakit’s solutions.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute email campaigns that inform and engage audiences while aligning with broader marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across campaigns.
Design & Presentation
- Create visually appealing social media graphics, presentations, and other marketing assets using brand templates.
- Ensure brand alignment across all materials.
Market Engagement
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and highlight key customer success stories.
- Adapt content to target different customer segments, such as SMBs vs. enterprises or contractors vs. infra owners.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and tools to refine your approach.
- Analyze performance metrics to enhance the impact of content and campaigns.

- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills in Swedish and/or Norwegian, and English.
- Basic design skills and experience with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Google Suite, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
- Strong interviewing skills and the ability to distill insights into engaging content.
- A proactive attitude and a hunger to learn and grow.
