Now we are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team in Infrakit AS, Norway and Scandinavia. Key value for you would be to start and build long-lasting relationships with all contractors in Norway, together with our CS-team and Infrakit Group world wide.

Account Manager’s responsibilities:
- Partner with Norwegian contractors and owners to understand their business needs and objectives
- Create new business
- Responsibility for sales targets in Norway
Account Manager’s requirements:
- Curiosity, creativity, and competitive mindset.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from idea to close.
- Collaborative. Our strategy is to use world class customer success to help Norwegian contractors succeed. This requires great collaboration between our leads, CS and sales.
- Previous experience from construction industry or technical sales is a big plus.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
- Gets excited about changing the industry’s ways of working.
- Enjoys working in a small team. We are 4 people in Oslo, Norway, but also part of a larger (60+) global team.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent Norwegian and English language skills.
- Work permit to work in Norway.
